I can't imagine anyone else has gone through this I've never heard of this before. Apparently, when you set up a free Google business profile you get instant approval which I did a year ago. I highly recommend you do this once you get some reviews the phone will ring. The issue is if you move (I did) and you try to update your address things change. After 4 months I finally got verified but this is what's required to get this done. Submit video with these 3 elements

1. Include your storefront with your business name clearly displayed
2. Include your workspace in your video
3. Include nearest street sign with cross street

I did that 3 times and got rejected every time. My signage was printed and taped to my storm door (who the hell has a sign on their house). I probably got 20 calls/texts to verify I'm the owner as well. After 3 strikes you must do a video call over Meet where they explained my taped sign was disallowed so 4th time I was rejected. I put gold mailbox letters on my door which they finally approved. Then I had to take more footage of my office, pc, chair, printer, whole level my office is in to include my laundry room. Then go to my website, open some software and finally login to my goog business profile.

Just to change my address
