I have a property in a residential area that is being used as a group home with make shift bedrooms =7 and larger than most in area but wants to be appraised and is zoned residential?? any suggestions on this?:new_all_coholic:

What you need to determine is the highest & best use. If it is SFR, then I would consider appraising it as a SFR and comment about the current use.
