"Grow Room"?

Spoken by a non-expert. .

To make this clear for everyone, I'm not an expert regarding many topics. Regardless of the fact I am right about many of those topics often 100% of the time. Now being a perfect "non-expert" allows me to determine when any other person is also not an expert just by the way they look or maybe their voice inflection when they make statements. It will not matter if they actually are an owner of any real estate I am looking at, as I am not an expert in determining that either. I am 100% right about that. But as a perfect non-expert I am qualified to declare their non-expert status as well. I am 100% right about that. There is absolutely nothing more irrefutable than one non-expert being able to recognize another non-expert. In fact, I'm such a non-expert I'll even place this in written reports and possibly testify to my ability of being able to identify other non-experts 100% of the time. Making it a very good thing indeed that all the homeowners I meet I am able to determine to be "non-experts," as if they happened to be an expert I would be unable to identify them as such.

Besides, even if they really were an expert, due to certification number ten, I have to verify anything they say with another expert. I just don't know how to identify someone else as an expert as I am only qualified to identify non-experts. This results in many reports having to utilize CB4 to obtain an expert, or my telling many homeowners to shut up and not talk to me if they believe they actually might know what they are talking about. Somedays this is really a tough job due to that...
