GSE 3.6 Poll

That retirement question....I think they know the answer or are worried.

It's the software....I think many of the vets would not be questioning retirement if the software was 100% ready and free of bugs. *and not confusing as heck to use.

Fees...there is a rumor on fakebook that someone at the gses was discussing fees with the AMCs.

I for one will not be accepting any complex orders. They will be all easy ones until the software vendors are 100% finished and without bugs. Unfortunately thanks to the GSEs, the easy ones are almost nonexistent. So I'll be plumbing until this shet show is flushed out. No pun intended.
 
Fwiw, most of my clients are starting September 1st.

*I am starting to receive 3.6 requests from AMCs that have never sent me orders or have never heard of. Maybe a sign that they are having issues finding appraisers...to complete 3.6.

That palpable feeling you sense when you open their survey is ... FEAR :LOL:

They KNOW they have "screwed the 3.6 Abomination pooch" and are trying to gauge just how bad it is ...

They are in "TRIAGE MODE" ... :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Next step - "Delayed Implementation" ... TOO LATE!!! I RETIRED on Aug. 1 and I'm NOT coming back!!!! :beer::clapping:

(But I AM enjoying the "stress payback" that THEY are now feeling. ) :cool:
