Not even MC Hammer and his parachute pants
Poor ole MC... I wish him well. My step kids thought he was the cat's meow and from an interview I heard with him, he really seems to be a fairly together guy despite his money problems. Reminds me of Red Foxx... made a lot of money and died nearly broke. Money didn't mean much to him.

Perhaps they should cut back on the Bonus's they payout; paying the Treasury to much ? or is that for infusion at a later point ? Are they now taking a position to Lehman ?

If they haven't figured out how to shore up the infrastructure by this time we are all in deep sheit; it would appear to much Tax money is being wasted on those who are suppose to protect the Public Trust, from where I sit on the ship.

They have no choice about paying the Treasury. And how that happened and that it continues to happen is something that would be expected in a third-world country lead by a socialist dictator.

Mr. Mel Watt quite a character huh?

"The country's largest bank Bank of America is headquartered in Charlotte in Watt's congressional district and has threatened to leave. The Sunlight Foundation reported that 45% of Watt's campaign contributions for 2009 are from corporations in the real estate, insurance and finance industries, the seventh-highest percentage of any member of Congress.[24][25] Watt’s largest contributors included American Express, Wachovia, Bank of America and the American Bankers Association"
