The East Bay Chapter of the Real Estate Appraisers Association is presenting a 4-hour residential H&BU class on Tuesday, January 17th, in Pleasanton, CA. The class has been approved for continuing education.

The price for non-members is $60 and includes dinner but on-line registration closes out after Sunday, 1/15.

Details can be found on the REAA website: http://reaa.org/
Go the the Chapter drop-down, select the East Bay Chapter, and click on the education-link in the upper-left hand corner of the page for details and sign-up information.

A splendid time is guaranteed for all!

About a 5 hour drive one way for me says google maps.

Based on questions I see on forums and reviews I have done most residential appraisers need to take this class.

Denis, Is this likely to be offered as a webinar type course in the future? With or without CE it's a great refresher course for all of us.

Noreen we should just fly outta Logan and go have dinner and a show with Denis
:flowers:

I've pretty much kept the courses I teach to my local area (local being the northern half of California). However, I'm developing a 7-hour course (working on the outline right now) that I will be teaching in Seattle this May; my second trip to the Evergreen State to speak. As that firms up, I'll post about it in the Washington State folder.

As to more... all I can say at this point is "stay tuned".

(but thank you all for your encouragement!)

How about this, if you have any left over student manuals/study aids, I would be happy to buy a copy & postage, ( mail you a check). Just let me know. I find your writing clear and direct. Thank you Denis.
