Has Anyone Complained To Dfi For A Slow Or Non Paying Client?

Well, the title of the thread says it all, but I'll restate...Has anyone complained to DFI for a slow or non paying client? I have complained to AZBOA in the past but not DFI. I'm just wondering what kind of response did you get? TIA

yes, i filed a number of DFI complaints many years ago and found them to be very responsive and successful. Absolutely would not do that now that they are in charge of us too. Sounds like a potential can of worms, conflict of interest, complaint/counter complaint scenario, nightmare to be avoided at all costs. IMHO

Thanks Cindy, yeah, I have the same feeling, it feels weird to make a claim against a mortgage company to DFI. It doesn't feel as independent as the BOA did. What do Arizona appraisers suggest we do to collect against an AMC/mortgage company/bank?
