I received the letter posted above by bnm approximately 6 months ago. I complete my CE way before the expiration date. My question was to those that had gone thru the online print/pay. After the family loss I went to my online account, paid online with CC and it was instantly available for me to print and/or save as pdf.

"LICENSE RENEWAL NOTICE

Dear DBPR Licensee,

In an effort to better serve you, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) has initiated email license renewal reminders to licensees who are in a current renewal cycle and have yet to renew their licenses.

To renew your license(s) at this time, please select one of the links below to take you to DBPR's online services.

I didn't actually print it but the PDF is ok for inserting im my reports.

I agree though it's strange to see it square. I did print the wallet size. I always laminate it and carry it with me. Just in case you get the occasional police stop about a suspicious person taking photos. It helps to get into gated communities too. I had a homeowner stop me in the road last year (with his hand in his coat pocket) said he was neighborhood Christmas Watch.
