Having troubles in TX with TrueTracts coverage

Is any other appraisers in TX having troubles getting TrueTract proper coverage?? For NTREIS-MLS?? Every time we input our Subject info-it keeps saying they are not covering the area.
ANd YES, we have reached out to them several times for assistance! No luck on that either.. just giving up on them

TrueTracts does not include NTREIS at this point. They're hoping to have it live by 4/1, but I'm not convinced.

Just accept that they don't cover your area yet, maybe down the road, if they can get enough subscribers. You might not be in a income generating area for them.

Apparently, they don't offer coverage for Amarillo Texas (Flex MLS)

Do they cover HAR for Houston?
