Help a Poor LO Before She Kills Her Appraiser

I'd like to amend, and partially negate my previous post. Under no circumstances should the appraiser make representations to the borrower about what the lender may, or may not require.

That should come directly from the lender.

I do not even discuss an appraisal with a buyer, without written permisssion from the lender.
If it would be considered a bedroom I would write in the appraisal there is a bedroom that does not have exterior access beecause of security bars and let the LO decide what to do about the situation.
