Have your checked with your lender? Better double check. Many are insiting that the home be insured for at least the amount of the loan.

I was reading too fast and typing too slow in that last post. :redface:

You're right.

Mortgage amount or replacement cost, which ever is higher.

Just make sure it's not too much higher than either one.
