Help VA Appraisers.... Any experts in here that really know the handbook I need help

If it's a V.A. Approved Condo, you don't have to fill out that area regarding Condo details. (better late than never).
Where have you been? I haven't seen you post in years. But I am sure it must have slipped past me if you have posted from time to time.

VA will probably tell them such. USAA does a few VA loans.
 
Here some recent rankings. Not sure when they were published. There may be a more recent record of lenders on volume. USAA ranks up there.

USAA ranks 13 in volume. They have Veterans United Home Loans ranked number 1.
