Help with CIR and WinTotal

I'm doing a HUD COmpliance Inspection Report (CIR) and i cant get the thing to sign...is there a trick here...any advice woudl be appreciated, tech support is not open until 2morrow.

Did you ever get the signature to work? I see that your post is several days old.

What level of support do you have? Support is open 24/7.
