New & much more exciting indictments will be issued very soon. Remember when I said the first Rats get the best cheese. Seems many have decided to take State discipline sanctions with out of court settlements, in exchange for TALKING!!

Question for those that do reviews: Are you getting more reviews to do this year than in the past??

I have had two review request from a lender. Nothing seriously wrong.

I have an on-going assignments; review and retrospective appraisal that is very serious indeed. The lender and appraiser are on the wrong side of the law on this one.

Here is the company where I started & where I started fighting against crooked lenders. The 3 CERTIFIED Appraisers that were there made a Million a year for three years. In less than 9 months, I made over 70 G's as a TRAINEE!! I was so good that in less than 2 months training, I could turn a 1200 SF Ranch into a 2400 Sq Ft two story. & IF the LO didn't like the Appraisal they'd come up & sit with you, the certified, & make the changes, One died of Cancer another lost license for 5 years,. the other was from MA. & disappeared. This is why I think being CERTIFIED is the biggest joke in Appraising. The Appraisers used to be in the upstairs of the Plaistow office, after charges were brought against them. Mike bought another building for the Appraisers, This mortgage company also owns a Real Estate Company. I thought at the time they were the largest of the crooked ones!!! Look how much I've learned over time. This was in 1998 before the "BOOM"!!! Imagine how much damage this one company has created. Next company on the East Coast, to make headlines should be East West Mortgage.
