Here's a link to skippy's (and our's:angry: ) replacement.

Some felt it could not or would not be done. The 5th paragraph on the website says, "Value Sensitive AVM's will let you find the AVM with the highest value, or the value closest to the sales price".

The right people?

I'm seeing the big lenders positioining themselves with more AVM products. Get real.

I meant the "law makers" and investigators to put these AVM products where they belong, out of business !!!

"And more functionality is in development. Value Sensitive AVM’s will let you find the AVM with the highest value, or the value closest to the sales price. And Merged AVM’s will select and then ‘merge’ the findings of a group of AVM’s. You pick the AVM’s; you determine the number of AVM’s; you control the process."

Nothing really new, still allows the loan officer to pick and choose the value they need to make their loan. If an appraiser won't cooperate, choose the AVM, if that doesn't work they can always cook the books. What a deal, the LO can now select the parameters, and the AVM's, and the appraisers they want to ignore. And they wonder why all the SIV's, MB'S, etc are looked at with disdain by the investment community world wide.

And if there is any doubt about the source of the trouble, look no further than their "partners"
