Hey all,

Just wanted you to know that Richard Deluca is gone. He gave up his license in TN as of 07/31/2008. Here is the email from the ASC.

well, thats good news

Here is Tallahassee, FLorida, we were very glad he moved, showed up here and just created a big mess, reviewed several of his reports, sent them in to the Appraisal Board, and just wainted for them to throw him out of the business. Glad he is gone!

Us too!.........................

I guess maybe he may move on to Kentucky next. I hear that he was in Georgia before he came to Tennessee.

Actually, Thern, he was in not only Georgia but Florida as well. He will not be in any other state doing appraisals. Do not worry about this: "I guess maybe he may move on to Kentucky next. "

I knew he was in florida. My comment was in jest since it sounds like he is moving in a northerly direction. Hopefully after three strikes against this guy, I would hope no other state boards would license him.

He's probably starting another AMC.
(I sure hope not, but that is what some others who's licenses have been revoked are doing.)

I know what you mean, Pam. We had an appaiser here in Knoxville that had given up his license and he was going to start a mortgage company... That was several years ago and I am glad to say it never happened.

Again, don't worry about this.

That said, I had not thought of what Pamela has stated. That could be as bad or worse. I'm not too worried about it though, not with the subprime mess, etc.
