Just wondering about the peoples' opinion of how senator specter has time & energy to worry about the patriots when the nation is crumbling down around us.

(I grew up in Pittsburgh a long time ago and nobody would have dared question Chuck Noll...)

ZZ, me and the guys talked about this tonight at happy hour. Why does an elected official get involved in the NFL? Most of us were Republicans, but there was a Democrat there and we were all in agreement that this is a waste of time (and money) in Washington. There are more pertinent things to address. Next we are going to have congress worrying about runners on second base stealing signs from the catcher (which has been done for 80 years).

Maybe Mr. Specter should worry about $3.95 gas and $4.60 diesel prices?

The stink we hear is....One of Spectors major backers is Comcast Cable, if you remember Comcast and the NFL Network have been feuding over the last few years about carrying NFL Network on the basic Comast System. So..I would look there..
