For anyone with some free time tomorrow, I am speaking at the Michigan Historic Preservation Network Conference in Dearborn. I will be speaking about appraisal issues in regards to preservation easements. I will be covering a recent assignment, should be informative if anyone is looking to learn a thing or two about preservation appraising. No coned, but definitely a good thing for those looking to learn something new.

... had I known earlier, I would have come down... I worked at your host facility for several years years while attending college... (working banquets as a waiter is good $$$) + these conservation easement appraisals appear to be an interesting topic.

Not too bad, we got about 30 people for a 90 minute breakout session...on a topic that is awfully vague for the general public.

Would have been nice to have you. Are we still on for Hubbard Lk?
