Chad is still registered in Arkansas - got a new list from the state only last week. The last I heard the state board was considering reopening the case from his prior trip down to the OK board. Haven't seen anything in several months.

Maybe Steven is right about the cost approach because the older I get the more I see that the cost sets the upper limit of value. It depends.
