You may want to specialize in areas the El Paso and Cuces guys don't want. There is an ara there, it starts with an "M" that is mostly manufactured homes and pretty rough. I hear that few appraisers will go there. Often you can get a premium for those areas as well. Good luck to you. I get an occasionl call for Cruces and Deming. Send me a PM with your contact info.
