Hoarders I have Known.

Wish I still had some pics of this one place I inspected in the early 90's. I got my feet caught on a Hefty Hefty Hefty garbage bag in the living room / floor to ceiling storage facility and went down like a bag of rocks. I remained professional, finished my inspection, drove home, tossed my clothes away, showered for an hour and then wrote up a quality, objective report. That's how I roll. :new_llying:

Ive had one that was so bad it was almost impossible to navigate the hallway.It was stacked to the ceiling and many mouse creatures were living happily beneath the trash.I did not go in the kitchen because I didn't have a hazmat suit..

There's definately a difference between a filthy hoarder and a clean one!

Rick's hoarder & my mom are clean hoarders. The kitchen floor looks clean in the areas that you can see. But when I was in Houston there were a BUNCH of filthy hoarders around Hobby Airport!
