I understand!! Having bought a few properties I still can't say that I understand everything I sign at the closing table. But fact is if you don't sign you don't buy. I think many people sign because of that fact.

This would be a great thing for ACE to comment on. While we can not address everything in the process we can educate the public on the role the Appraisal takes. We need input on the web site about the Appraisal Process and the role the Appraiser/Appraisal plays in the purchase of a home.
