But I do recall the prior generation of 60+ something appraisers reacting with similar hostility towards APPRAISER LICENSING....

That is true the old appraisers when I got in went crazy about State Licensing , then the new forms, then digital l photos, then UAD, the AMCs and the list goes on and on. There are still some on here fighting the AMC Battles and reminiscing about the good old days, and some so delusional they believe we are going back to old FHA Rotation Fee Panels and 35 MM film and Glue Sticks

I never used the word homogenous anyway because it sounded like a milk product.

Every field and profession has to keep up with the times and if remembering a short list of a few words they don't want used is too much then nobody if forcing anyone to appraise -
