I'm not saying FNMA is trying to get rid of appraisers....
But I do recall the prior generation of 60+ something appraisers reacting with similar hostility towards APPRAISER LICENSING....
As current 60+ something appraisers are reacting now....

That is true the old appraisers when I got in went crazy about State Licensing , then the new forms, then digital l photos, then UAD, the AMCs and the list goes on and on. There are still some on here fighting the AMC Battles and reminiscing about the good old days, and some so delusional they believe we are going back to old FHA Rotation Fee Panels and 35 MM film and Glue Sticks :)

WTF works for Solidfi?

I never used the word homogenous anyway because it sounded like a milk product.

Every field and profession has to keep up with the times and if remembering a short list of a few words they don't want used is too much then nobody if forcing anyone to appraise -
My baseline source for all words is www.urbandictionary.com.

Because he has the news and pop culture to lie and cover for him.
LOL. The left knows that Biden is a liar and probably a racist. And didn't he plagiarize a speech? But Biden was up against Donald Trump. That guy lies like breathing air.

So why the Democrat primary then? I guess because they are all racist and liars or perhaps the racist part was the feature and not the negative.
