My restaurant tenant sold his business last year.
Now he still works there and get paid hourly. Some people like to get paid by the hour.
Is that the same one that code enforcement called you putting up fence and you got a letter from code? How did that work out?

You never did say if you thought the improvements made without a permit improved your property or not.

Many restaurants do like hand railing on outside for outside dining. I don't know your property or how code saw it. I don't know nearby tenants either that may not have like it.

Is the restaurant doing okay?
