Good article, Pam. I don't think I'll be going to the conference, however. In my market, average appreciation rates have been in the 2 to 3 percent range in most areas. A bubble burst in San Francisco might ripple through the economy and eventually hurt us, but I don't think it would destroy us. Just one advantage to living in a very conservative area.
