Realtor means nothing for qualifying.


Trainees are not allowed, period! Licensed and certified appraisers are allowed after taking an extremely difficult test.

I believe you need to edit your post--lol--take out the words "an extremely difficult" and replace with the word "a".

Recent evidence at this forum of many new members asking for help with the questions has rose dramatically since the new revised test became a requirement. :huh:
