In case most have failed to notice, this thread started in August 2005. While the topic may be informative and useful to some, to others it has deteriorated into personal attacks about spelling and grammar. Some of you are about to be banned from this thread, and if not careful may be banned for a "cooling off" period from the entire forum. If the personal attacks continue the thread will be locked.

Regarding commenting on spelling or grammatical errors, the forum software now includes a spell checker...USE IT. Or as a very wise man once said a long time ago..."he who is without sin, cast the first stone."
