How do you find the address from the apn.

I have been going crazy trying to locate this property...

i have the apn 3247-042-039

and i know the last two digits are the parcel number... but i cant make sense of the map otherwise...

any advice on how to read this plot map...

if you could just guide me that would be great... or if you would like to be a super star and let me know the cross streets i can type into google maps to find it you would be amazing!

Thanks for your help, i often get properties i cant locate from the plot map, ive been reading about how to read the apn etc, but im still stuck... im hoping someone more experienced is willing to take some time out of their busy schedule to help. Thanks so much!

Looks lot 42, block 39 of some subdivision. Is there no PA's website? The streets aren't identified on the plat?

Most CA counties have an online GIS that will allow searching by APN. Try plugging the apn in there and see what you get.

The first 4 digits are the map book, the next set of 3 is the page and the last set of 3 numbers is the parcel. Print out a copy of the map and you'll get the street name. This parcel appears to be a vacant site but, if improved, Public Records have not been updated. You can also try to contact the owners. I looked up the parcel and their name and address is shown.

Mike , the parcel appears to be on a private street ( possible dirt ) off Romero Canyon in Los Angeles county , the parcel is 4.42 acres gross , you can go to Los Angeles county assessors site and pull up map, the parcel will have the number 39 in a circle and the number 53 also is on that parcel. Public records show the tax bills are going to a 30335 Ridgeway Ct Castaic CA 91384. The property is in default .

Vacant land typically does not have a site address assigned to it. That seems to be the case in your situation.
