How Do You Handle Assigned Appraisal Requests

No, if the factoring company accepts your client they hold the terms. IMO a win win for unknowns. My issue Denis is whom to factor. I took a new client last year and see they pay within 2 weeks.

I think you are in a very good position and I salute you!!!
Depending the client mix and how the accounts-receivable age, factoring at the discount you mentioned can be a very smart way to run one's business and better manage one's cash flow!

Kudos!

Thank you Denis. I have no outstanding invoices. :) My client base (few as they are) typically direct deposit within the Net 30 usually 20-30 days. The factored clients I'm paid the next business day. I've had no issues in the prior 3 years of factoring a few clients.

I can tell you here in Central FL there are still appraisers doing work for $210.00 :(
It's not much better here on the Gulf Side/Tampa Bay. Many are still taking fees that begin with a three digit 2
