How do you non-broker appraisers obtain MLS?

MRIS covers a significant region, including southern PA .. apparently anybody can join, just non-Realitors pay a fee equivalent to the membership fee .. (MRIS.com) ..

I like the MRIS site much better than Trend... but I think about 99% of DE/SE PA realtors use Trend for their listings and some have it on both. I use MRIS for my Maryland work an Trend for DE/SE PA/S. NJ. I will also use MRIS for statistical backup on my reports for all of my areas.

I'm an agent, but I have not sold a house in 2.5 years. about $100 month in fees, I called WPMLS about joining as an appraiser $7500-$10000 initiation fee.

I think your broker of record is making some cash off you. I only pay 30/month for broker fee and 44 for the MLS.

You can be an affiliate member of our MLS without being a broker. You have access to listings and sales, but you can not input listings and sales. The fees are about the same as an agents fees. The break them up quarterly with yearly dues and I am afraid to add them up.
