I wonder if AI is evolving to sell itself, or if a person is behind the sales pitch. It's hard to believe that the hard-to-procure private work, especially legal work, is so time-sensitive that an AI agent responding instantly on a weekend makes a difference.

AI is the new telmeakreter advertiser PITA - I am deluged now on texts, emails, etc., with offerings this the great achievement of AI? God help us all-

Not perfect, but he appears to be using the "tech" to enhance his market share. After all, appraisal Modernization isn't limited to FNMA/Banks or the god-awful AMC; it would appear he is using what everyone thinks is the end all to the appraisal business.

If I were in the game, that's where I would be utilizing the Tools, FNME/Banks/Attorneys have been using over the past few years. Good job, all my best to you for getting ahead of the curve.

I have an entire thread that lays out in graphic detail how to get private work good job bro. In less than 1 year I'm at about ~10 a month and just did a crazy ANSI measurement on a 22k sf house for $1,500. Never though people would want those but I've done 4 since this summer.
