I am trying to determine the process of finding and using a proctor for my Mckissock exams. How do they validate the proctor is with me? What does that person have to do? Just sit in the same room. I understand the rule, just trying to understand what they use to ensure the person is with you.

Do an internet search for how do I get a proctor for McKissock exams.

I did all my QE through Mckissock and they do not validate a proctor. They pretty much take your word for it.

Not my experience. I had to have a proctor with a user name and password log in before I could take an exam that required a proctor.

Try your local library. I took a proctored test in a huge conference room at my local library.

Call them and ask as they have a 1-800 Number : )

I think it depends on the state. QE is different than the classes a Trainee takes. In WA most trainee classes are proctored in some way or another.

The McKissock CE that I did not require a proctor. Some CE companies do though. I looked at one, and with the 45 hour requirement, that would have been 6 proctored exams. Pardon my french....but screw that!

Proctors are lame. Kind of like a poor mans notary.

I take McKissock classes also for CE, but the OP is a Trainee, it might be different.
