How many actually believe 3.6 will be fully implemented this year?

I don’t personally know anyone who has completed one or been requested to complete one. The Buzz carnival barkers that sell 3.6 gadgets claim thousands are being uploaded, but consider the source. I read a thread last week in one of the white trash facebook groups where a husband/wife team bragged about completing one and getting a $25 bonus. That appears to be Fannie’s goal and the future of the industry. If 3.6 were a download it would show 1% complete and stalled.

Wow. $25!! I think I might get back into the game for that kind of coin. Sounds like I will need a 2nd person to complete one, but it's well worth it for that large of a bonus.

Word from most of the groups I'm in contact with is that broad production is slated for 8/1. There are at least a handful of forms softwares that can produce 3.6 now and the OMS and LOS folks are (reportedly) functional. I wish it would get pushed back, but I don't see it happening. They're gonna ram it through I'm afraid.

I think most of the software companies say they are ready or almost, while frantically working behind the scenes to make it less of a s++tshow

You think the narcissists that spent 8 years creating this mess will ever admit they are wrong? :rof:

I may take a few weeks or a month off. Wait until they can come up with a working delivery system. I don't have the time to be their tester.

If it were up to me, we'd go back to the 1998 forms. They worked fine.

November will be a nice vacation month. I talked to a head appraiser at a bank. He believes it will be delayed and will get ramped up over a years time. We’ll see. The fact is very few appraisers are ready. Even the delivery systems have to get ready.

An appraiser friend called me today. He took the Total web seminar. His general response was, “This is going to be very different and a lot more work.”
