The same characters that tried pushing hybrids by saying they take an hour (they don’t) and they pay $125 means you rate is 125/hr are now saying there no additional fee for a form that by all account takes 6-10 hours just for the desk work?

It is pretty hard for an appraiser to make a good living just doing private work. But private work does pay better, and it takes less time. Not as much nonsense.

If I were full time I would do EVERYTHING I could to eschew mortgage work for the GSEs, and keep lender work to about a third of my business.
