I agree, they're tools and should be used if available. Did anyone post differently?

All the supposed accuracy I hear some of you debate regarding the subject property is just BS because you don't measure your comps - do you?

So as professionals we shouldn't measure the subject because we can't measure the comps? This is one tired argument.
