How many signatures on FHA appraisals?

I currently have State Licensed appraisers on the FHA approved list who work for me as independent contractors. As their supervisor, do I have to sign the appraisals as well?

FHA appraisals are assigned to a specific appraiser, not an office. The LO should ask you up front who you want to do the appraisal. If you receive a request without notice, the request can be reassigned to a different appraiser of your choosing in your office. Interns cannot do FHA appraisals. I can't imagine an instance where you would need to sign an FHA appraisal as a supervisor.
