Oh yeah they got some fines levied, but what citizens were protected?

There was a bank group that managed to lobby each state and basically overturn the adverse rulings by fiat. I knew the senator who submitted the bill. same as submitted one to make BPOs legal to do after we just got a favorable law preventing it only a couple years earlier....I said I knew him. I didn't say I liked his choices and since he is very likely to run for governor in the next few years....well, you get the picture.
