Hi Brian!!

Are you located in the Ukiah area and work with Danielle? If so, let me know and I'll give you some information on that property.

Good luck. I do a lot of work in Sacramento, and there aren't going to be many comps. Is it an overimprovement?

I wonder what happened to Brian?

Mr. Carlsen,

I think you confused Brian Adams with Brian Weaver.. A small mistake I can entirely appreciate.. On my cul-de-sak where I live we have three Steves, two Pats, a Peggy, two Sues, and a Suzie... LOL !!! I am begining to believe that unusal first names are not a bad idea.

Mr. Adams,

Tell em you charge by the number of exterior ninty degree wall turns plus $50 for each unusual angle plus $150 per round wall multiplied by a zip code factor for locational difficulty and fees for additional outbuildings multiplied by the number of imported cars you find in them.

What I want to know is when is our entire industry going to start charging by the hour?

Barry Dayton

Probably the owner who got a fee quote of $2500. and choked.

Good one. I'll have to remember tha. :rof:

Nope...its not me doin' the 7,000 Sq.Ft house.

Cynthia,

CUTE- but what if...

you found NO imported cars in those outbuildings! Than you would have inserted a zero into the mix meaning your fee would be zero!

OH NO!!!!

Better way: If you are doing it for ME than $24.95- if for anyone else, $24,950.00!

Brad

Brad, you dropped a few zero's on the price for your house. Would you want me to drop a few zero's on your market value? :)

Seriously, Brian, I've done a few of those over $1 million houses in Sacto, so if you need some help with comps, let me know.

Eappraiseit and LSI will probably allow you to charge $175.00 (with a turn time of 48 hours of course).:rof:

Try to caluculate your hours in advance and bill accordingly. Only you can answer the question how much, how long, how difficult.
