Approx. 2/week. (I think that is tech. 3 characters). .. Ok, that s ten.
 
I only do exterior only appraisals for non-lending assignments, where the reduced SOW and EAs produce a credible non-misleading report for the intended use and the intended user.

Same here.

I can only recall doing one drive-by for a lender over the past several years...it was a property I had previously appraised.
 
Come to think of it, I haven't done an exterior only for years now. I think, maybe just in my area, that the loans that used to require only drive-bys have all gone away. I never liked them anyway.

Haven't done one in many years. It's not that I'm unwilling, it just happens that 99.9% of those orders come from a buck twenty five AMC, and THAT is what I'm unwilling to accept.

I love them and would be happy to do them all day long.
One of the things I like about them is the freedom. You can only do what you can do. You can't be expected to know the exact floorplan. You can't be expected to know the interior condition. You can't be expected to know if there are problems inside. The report is based on an exterior inspection and the appraiser's experience in the market.
I seem to do them in waves. A couple a month, then none for a few months, and then a couple a month.
 
Exterior only.

On average overall probably 10 a month...I always have in my templates tons of disclaimers, remember CYA!
