So I added all the comps I needed initially, but I forgot to add a second listing comp as requested in the original scope of work. I found a comp in MLS but can't figure out how to add it to the report. Anyone know how to do this? Youtube videos weren't very helpful.

What's the problem?
You sent in the report.
If client/lender has a problem, you will be asked to put in another listing comp.

No I haven't sent the report yet. I haven't completed it. I just need to find out how to add a comp to a report that I already added comps to. I just forgot to add a second listing comp. Fortunately I caught it before the report went out.....:sneaky:

If you on Total, add an additional comp page. Add as much comp pages to your desire.

I thought I added this to the Appraise-It Pro/SFREP page.....that's the software I'm using.
