How to add License page

Hi --

Can anyone tell me, please, how to create a new addendum and have it appear on the list of most frequently used forms?

I am trying to make license pages for each of the appraisers. I can make what I want happen for a specific file by adding a Location Map form then changing the name of the file and inserting the scanned license.

However, I'd like to be able to do this just one more time and have it appear on the list of most frequently used forms.

I just add it to all my templates.

Save the license as a PDF, then use the ADD button on the tool bar.

Thanks, Tom and Tom, but it doesn't appear that either suggestion will work for me.

Apparently the appraiser either clones or starts anew each time. She says she is not using templates. Not sure why that would be.

I am not seeing an Add button on the toolbar. Am I overlooking it or could it be that this feature is only included in the newer WinTotal? (Our existing hardware is insufficient for upgrading to the newer version.)

I can answer that part. Yes, the add button is in Aurora.

As to your original question, perhaps you could select one of the map pages you don't ever use, change the title, insert the license image, and then save that as the default data for that form.

First save the license as a .pdf. Then add "scanned addendum" page.
