I made a quick video link only good for a week though. For number of parking use an estimate or whatever you like. Sometimes I'll get a correction for number of units mostly which may be off a little but it gets the report out the door.

Maybe I'm too picky about my reports being the best they can be. When, condo information is not available from the Client or the management company or some other source. I physically count the units and parking spaces... sometimes at the property... sometimes from the recorded condominium plat.

What the largest number of units you've physically counted....

Thank you for posting, Digger! This is exactly how I do confirmation as well. To Sputnam's point, I may try a physical count - either at the complex or via aerial mapping, but this is how I research # of units and # of NOO when I don't have the CQ. Again - awesome job posting!

I think it was around 108. Another thing I've done, is find an appraiser who has done appraisals in the project and get them to share. The number of units and number of parking spaces doesn't change.

Yous MLS doesn't have a public record street search. Easier to count them on the page.
You don't have to perfect, you state that there was no access to condo project info. That info is a guesstimate ibn this report.
