How to get on an approved list?

Kevin,
Smart guy! On the EDI, I generally keep the lender informed through email as to the appt. date etc. If a broker or seller puts me off, I let them know and also keep them updated.

Keri,

May I assume that you are fully licensed (not trainee level) since you are out looking more more work? If so, and if you are not against working for an AMC, sign up at our site- www.pcvmurcor.com- choose vendor services, appraisers, and fill out the form. Have a list of zip codes ready for your coverage area.

We are not your typical AMC- we do mostly REO work and pass along a much higher percentage than most others do. We'll help you do it right.

Work will be less than regular, but then we do not demand all of your time. All we ask is that you read the engagement letter fully and comply with the reporting requirements- AND get it to us on time- normally a week lead time and most properties are already vacant (we will not ask you to go into an occupied home), so you can fit it in at your convenience.

If you want to speak with me, call me at 909-598-3108 x 276. I'm the guy who puts you on our panel.

Others reading this are also invited to sign up.

Got a soft spot for ladies named Keri- my daughter, also an appraiser has the same name but with an extra "R".

Brad Ellis
