oh, i thought that was a site for how loud the nutty left is on this blog.

Now all you have to do is figure out how to quantify the market reaction to differences in traffic noise.

use noise regression. but that chart would be good for your work file, great to prove you be right.

Good grief....
Appraisers would need a PhD if they are required to find sufficient data to "prove" every adjustment/non-adjudgmental was "right"....

Taking my CR and ran across this site. It tells you how much traffic noise your subject has. Pretty cool.
Uh, can your post the link to that site? I did not see the link in your original post.

That is a cool site. I focused on my house which is located within the traffic pattern of a small muni-airport. and looked at charlotte douglas airport and it makes sense. I also looked along I-85 and it makes sense there also What I did see is a reduction of noise for houses located along the interstate where they had created some sound barrier and deflection of sound.

So you can demonstrate a where a subject or comparable have issues with noise. How to monetize that in an adjust will take some effort/time.

That would be pretty easy. I can see using it to see if a greenbelt blocks noise etc...

that doesn't give you market reaction. to extract market reaction to noise differences, you will have to download the noise data for sold properties, scrub it, and run regression analysis... or... try to manually do pairs... or something.
