I know how to do simple linear regression using HP 12 C but, I am wondering if I can use the HP for multilinear regression.

For example, after entering sale price and square footage for as many datapoints as desired could I add another variable, say an entry for a garage or lack of using the calculator?

Could I add more than one more variable?

If you are aware of keystokes for such would you point me in the right direction, please.

I searched before I posted the question, for what it is worth, and found basically the same things you found but, none of that seems to answer my question:

After entering sale price and square footage for as many datapoints as desired could I add another variable, say an entry for a garage or lack of using the calculator?

Why are you trying to use a 12C? Use Excell. Much easier.

I want to learn more than one way to skin a cat.

Do you have the answer to my question?

I wouldn't skin a cat but I could tune a fish.

HP12C is limited to linear regression. You would need the HP15C for that

LOL! :rof: Tune a.....good one....

I have the old 1982 HP-12C Training Guide Workbook. Sorry. No lessons on that.

Ask someone who "skins cats" for a living
There is more than one way to skin a cat without getting hair in your teeth.

From what I see, there isn't any way to do a very sophisticated MLR in 12 C so perhaps there is a limited number of cats to skin there.
