They do not contact you anymore about being approved. Though they will contact you if you are disaproved. Have you checked the website and put in your last name for the search? I belive that it took me about 4-6 weeks for approval and showing up on the site. There are several "Cohen" on the website.

OH.... they first showed me as approved in Greensboro, SC instead of Jacksonville, FL. Just something else to watch for.

If I remember correctly Avis Ivey is the lady to check with. I don't have a number but she was very helpful with mine. There was some kind of mix up on mine. To be honest I expected the stereo-type civil service worker but she was not! She was very helpful getting mine straighted out.
