I viewed Cuomo on the news, talking about completely other subjects. He seems to be tackling all the big issues at once. The HVCC issue is important enough, that it warrants full-time, extended research & development. I hope the HVCC planners are not approaching this with a "skippy" attitude!!!
A lot of appraisers are skippy, and don't even know it. It's the quality factor. Attention skippies: Please reduce your fees further, just to make sure you feel like you are on top. Your primary AMC will back you, I promise.
