PLEASE prove that it was I that gave, (GAVE not sent), that E-Mail to someone else, Course IF your really smart you'd just call one of your GOOD clients & give them a name & address of a potential client. Remember chances are the AMC sent that EXACT E-Mail to a vast amount of Appraisers. Sending some one a "warm Lead" as to someone looking for financial" advice" I do NOT believe is illegal in fact I'd think that would be P.C. cause you care about the poor.

I do agree with WHY would anyone that has been on this forum for more than 120 days even do work for a AMC??

I agree with you. My entry was for the forum members to use(if they choose) in the day to day personal and business e-mails.

Pass on the leads. How can a intentional broadcast e-mail to a large list of appraisers generated by a machine be confidential.
