You might try to sell the property on ebay. I was surprised to learn of the number of properties that have been sold on ebay.

post #1: What Should I do?
post #4: Good solution: how much does it cost you to own it if it is paid for? Is it insured?
Post #5: Did you think redfish was joking? If all you want to do is sell it, then why do you need advice? Get a can of spray paing and write "For Sale" with your phone number right on the house(don't put up a sign, especially if it has metal in it)

IN my rural Michigan area, houses in need of repair are selling to investors - very little financing options for a house needing repairs.

I think your best bet is to phone a realtor and get the details - realtors should be well versed in matters of a legal nature such as yours - and most realtors have investors ready and willing to purchase in some areas. . . .

The property is in a difficult area to sell but there are several investors that are buying up property. You may not get as much out of it as you wanted but it is possible to sell.

Anything can be sold if the price is right.

Thank you

I want to thank everyone including redfish eventhough he did not give me the answer I was looking for we are in a pinch and yes I knew he wasnt lying just not the answer I wanted to hear so for that I apologize if that reply made me look like a jerk. I also put the wrong address it is 3148 Gallia street not 3840 Gallia street. I think I have enough info but will check this forum a few more times in the near future. Thanks to all.:)

Try Real Estate BROKERS

Here is what I don't understand. I don't understand why you are asking a forum of real estate appraisers what to do to sell your real estate.

Check with your local Fire Department........some are always looking for old homes to burn for training. You may take care of your problem and help your community.

Follow Web's advise, post #17. RE Appraisers are not known for being savy salespeople. Quite the opposite in many cases.
