I am an appraiser. I don't know how to change my professional status. I will PM moderator.

I currently subscribe to NJMLS, GSMLS and Hudson County MLS. I have been a member of Monmouth, Jersey Shore and South Jersey. But I would like to know what people think of these. I found Monmouth to be expensive and somewhat limited. Don't even get me started on Hudson County MLS.
I am expanding and need to know the prominent MLS systems in these 5 regions.
I have noticed that the paperwork can be exhaustive and I am the only user they hit me up for an office membership. Can I sign up as a sub-user in someone's office both is this possible and are there any offers?
These are the 5:
Mercer County (Trenton and surrounding)
Monmouth County ( I was a member of Monmouth County MLS, but it was expensive and I found that I also needed to be a member of Jersey Shore MLS to search effectively)
Cumberland County
Gloucester County
Cape May County

I'm confused. Are you an appraiser. If you are General Public why do you subscribe?

I'm an appraiser. I guess I need to update my profile. I thought I indicated that when I signed up. I don't do this forum stuff much.
Everyone keeps telling me: "Check the forums."

You cover all these counties by yourself?

Trend MLS covers Mercer and Gloucester counties as well as Camden ,Burlington and Salem. I have also had good luck finding Cumberland County in Trend. In my opinion it is the best MLS deal in the state.

Thank you Walter. I remember Trend.

His Geographic Competency is limited only by the length of his reading material.

May I suggest a good Tolstoy or perhaps a James Joyce ???
